Apply for the Academy

​IMPORTANT: Due to the CV-19 changes to WCPSS schedule, we are extending the application for the MCHS Digital Media Academy to the end of April, 2020. Please go to http://www.mchscareeracademies.com/apply.html to apply. 

IMPORTANT NOTES: You must complete the entire application in one sitting. Please allow yourself adequate time to read thoroughly and complete.

Applicants are responsible for sending recommendation forms to teachers.
NOTE: Middle Creek High School Career Academies is only accepting applications for the Adobe Digital Media Academy for the 2020-2021 school year. 

The deadline to submit your academy application for the 2020-2021 school year is March 31, 2020. You must have:
  • Completed online academy application
  • Two teacher recommendation forms submitted online
    • Adobe Digital Media applicants must have one recommendation from an English teacher
