Applications for the Class of 2025 to apply for the Adobe Digital Media Academy are now open. Applications are due by March 31, 2021

IMPORTANT NOTES: You must complete the entire application in one sitting. Please allow yourself adequate time to read thoroughly and complete.

Applicants are responsible for sending recommendation forms to teachers.

NOTE: Middle Creek High School Career Academies is only accepting applications for the Adobe Digital Media Academy for the 2021-2022 school year. 

The deadline to submit your academy application for the 2020-2021 school year is March 31, 2021. You must have:

• Completed online academy application
• Two teacher recommendation forms submitted online
  • Adobe Digital Media applicants must have one recommendation from an English teacher
